Highlighting Publishers Owned By Underrepresented Groups

Your Network Code: 9784401
Dear Partner,
In 2020, one of our buyers, Display & Video 360, began highlighting self-identified Black-owned publishers within Marketplace, as part of Google's commitments to racial equity. This program has allowed interested advertisers to thoughtfully design campaigns that support underrepresented businesses.
Now Display & Video 360 has expanded this program to Women-owned, Latino-owned and LGBTQ+ publishers. Display & Video 360's program is one element of a broader initiative across Google to make our products more inclusive and make it easier for customers to find and support underrepresented businesses.
To be eligible to participate:
Publisher must have their own Google Ad Manager or AdSense account
Publisher's organization must be majority owned and controlled by members of the group they are self-identifying as (Black, Women, Latino or LGBTQ+)
Please note this program will highlight businesses owned by underrepresented groups, not content aimed at specific audiences. Display & Video 360 does not allow advertisers to target ads based on categories such as race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
If your business meets the criteria above and would like to be included in this beta program, please submit your details here. We will be periodically adding new publishers who apply. Should you change your mind in the future, you may also opt-out here at any point. This is a voluntary program; if you do not wish to participate, no action is required.

Google Ad Manager Policy - Ad-serving Protections for Teens

Your Network Code: 9784401
Ad Manager is expanding ad-serving protections for teens globally
Dear Publisher,
As previously announced, Google is expanding ad-serving protections for teens globally. The protections will apply on Google Accounts of people above the digital age of consent but under 18 years of age ("teens"), and are in addition to protections already rolled out across Europe and Australia. With the launch of this new teen ads policy, we will:
Disable ads personalization
Disallow sensitive creative categories from serving
Depersonalization will occur across all products, and creative ad filtering will be applied on Ad Manager, AdSense, and AdMob. We will begin enforcing the policy August 15, 2022.
Previous protections established in response to child-directed regulations, such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Age Appropriate Design Code (AADC), and the Australia Online Safety Act (AU OSA), will continue to apply where relevant.
Please review this policy to understand which ad categories may be restricted for teens. While you may notice an impact on performance, there is no action required on your part.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Until next time,
